Meet the Maker


Hi, I’m Julie the founder, designer, and maker behind Flower Crown Magic.

My journey into floral design started almost 10 years ago when I couldn't find the perfect headpiece for my wedding flower girls. What began as a passion project quickly blossomed into a dedicated business. Over the years, I've honed my skills in color theory, structural weaving, and faux-botanical styling to ensure every single piece that leaves our studio is beautiful, durable, and comfortable to wear.

I personally design and hand-make every crown, wreath, and kit. And of course, everything is rigorously "inspected" by our resident studio assistant, Lucy the cat!

Our Crafting Process (Behind the Scenes)

We don't do mass-produced. Every petal, leaf, and vine is intentionally chosen. Here is a look at how your pieces come to life:

1. Sourcing & Selection

We start by sourcing premium, realistic faux florals and foliage. Every season, the color palettes are carefully curated to match current wedding trends, seasonal shifts, and vibrant festival aesthetics.

2. The Build

This is where the magic happens. Using professional floristry techniques, each piece is individually wired and woven. For our flower crowns, I pay special attention to the inner lining and weight distribution so you can wear them comfortably from sunrise to the after-party.

3. The Final Flourish



Before anything goes into a box, it undergoes a strict quality check. Whether I'm assembling the materials for our Hen Party Craft Kits or boxing up a bespoke bridal order, it is packaged with care so it arrives in pristine condition.
